Billy Poole is our CEO/President

Billy Poole was born in Fayetteville NC to Ernest and Betty Poole. He started working in the construction field with his grandfather at the age of 15. He learned much of what he knows today from his father, grandfather and his uncle Wayne.

Billy has been working in this field for over 50 years and brings a vast array of knowledge and tricks of the trade to the table. Thru the years he has been the go-to-guy for a few of the top builders here in N.E. Florida for his expertise in the intricate installation of the fancy pergolas you may see from time to time adorned at our upscale condo units and apartment buildings in the River City and has been repairing docks locally for 20 years.

As a young kid, Billy helped his father build the families houseboat on the Altamaha River and that’s where you would find him fishing and playing in the water.

These days in his spare time you will find him riding his motorcycles and playing jokes on his grandkids.

Sauvena (Vena) Poole is our Office Manager and Administrator

She moved to Florida in 1972 with her family from Detroit Michigan. Spent time raising her family and helped build a family construction business for over 40 years. Vena also worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years. She had many different roles and her last one was managing a team of foreclosure specialists.

She is now on her next adventure with American Dock Builders. She looks forward to helping the homeowners get back to what they once had before the storms took it away. “Just knowing that after our ADB team gets through with the work. The homeowner will once again be able to enjoy the serene waters, those beautiful sunrises with that nice cup of coffee and our amazing sunsets”.

This is what drives her passion. You can find her in the office crunching numbers and answering the phones.
